What To Expect During Your First Visit
We start with the most important question: “What brings you here today?” After taking a thorough health history, which includes your pertinent medical history, labs, and current eating and exercise habits, we will discuss how we can start to move your health in a positive direction. You will leave with a plan for better health through better nutrition.
