ROBERTA LAREDO, R.D.N., L.D.N., C.D.E.
Roberta Laredo is passionate about helping people live better, health-oriented lives. As a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator, she has worked with thousands of adults and children, providing practical nutrition education for a wide variety of concerns including weight management, eating disorders, diabetes, and gastrointestinal issues.
Prior to establishing her private practice, Roberta worked for over a decade at Joslin Diabetes Center and then at Boston Children’s Hospital, two of the country's leading health care institutions. Roberta has written for professional journals, nutrition textbooks, and consumer publications and has spoken to numerous physician and patient groups.
Roberta is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a degree in clinical nutrition. She and her husband reside in Newton and have three children. When not working, she loves being active and cooking for family and friends.
